I was there to get my truck serviced and was helped by a wonderful saleswoman named Vickie. There was no pressure and she steered me to a great used truck that they had and made me a great deal on it. The finance department was great also. I will be doing more business here and hope to see Vickie again.
We needed a car, same day. My husband and I drove to Kilgore because we couldn’t find the car I wanted in the metroplex. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and which car we wanted. Chrystal had the car waiting when we arrived. After a quick test drive, we bought the car and completed the transaction the same day. Everyone was friendly and they stayed past closing to ensure we were able to get the car the same day.
Got a new car today and I highly recommend talking to James Stoker if you’re in the market for one! This market makes it really hard to find cars in general and after looking at 8 different dealerships and dozens of cars I finally found one that had a vehicle I liked and felt comfortable with the price of. James was honest, helpful, responsive, and didn’t try to push me into a car I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He actually kept me updated on the status of a car I had my eye on and let me know the morning it came in so we could go buy it.
Always a great experience at this dealership! I bought a gorgeous truck last weekend that had everything I wanted and the service was impeccable. Ty was very knowledgeable and informed, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Of course I'll return when I'm ready to upgrade!
Very capable staff. I simply called to see if a car that was on the dealership website was still available, on Tuesday. I came to look at the car that day, meeting with the salesperson I spoke to on the phone, Hunter Ward. Over the next few days Hunter and I spoke via the phone, he was diligent in answering my questions. I informed Hunter I was going to purchase the vehicle and would be back to the dealership to sign paperwork and have him take me thru the car. I traveled to Kilgore on Thursday, traveling 65 miles to the dealership from Shreveport LA, to get the paperwork done and have Hunter spend time taking me thru the car. I informed Hunter I would be back on Monday to pick up the car, very smooth and painless process. The dealership, from sales to F&I was extremely attentive, polite, eager and honest. Wonderful car being experience.
I took my car to get serviced ended up having to keep it there over the weekend due to a part not making it in time. When I returned to pick it up Monday evening there were cat prints on the exterior and interior of my vehicle. It had climbed all around in my vehicle. I called services the next morning and was told to bring it up to get it completely detailed. Once I got back into my vehicle it appeared as if they only wiped down the seats and grease spot and shook off my floor mats. The exterior still had dirt where the cat had climbed on it and the interior still had a few dirty spots as if it were quickly wiped over. There was never an explanation of why there was a cat in my vehicle or an apology. Very disappointed. Before and after pictures of the vehicle.
